Product Structure Features

The electro-hydraulic linkage quick shut-off valve is mainly installed in high safety systems such as the steam extraction pipeline of the steam turbine, the intake pipeline of the blast furnace top gas recovery turbine unit (TRT), and serves as an emergency shut-off valve. In the event of a crisis condition in the system, emergency valve closure is implemented within 0.3 to 0.8 seconds to achieve reliable shutoff of the pipeline, effectively preventing steam and condensate from flowing back into the tail of the steam turbine or cutting off the gas pipeline, and protecting the safety of the steam turbine unit.

The Main Structure Features Include

1. The electro-hydraulic linkage quick shut-off valve is composed of four major parts: the main valve, the gear rod cylinder transmission device, the hydraulic system, and the electrical control system.

2. The rack and pinion transmission box has a compact structure and is directly connected to the oil cylinder; A buffer device is installed at the end of the oil cylinder to eliminate the inertial impact during quick closing and extend the service life of the valve.

3. The normal opening and closing of the power source is generally provided by the oil pump unit in the hydraulic system, and can also come from the main auxiliary hydraulic pressure of the steam turbine.

4. The electrical control system is divided into ordinary relay type and PLC intelligent control type according to the main logic component category.

5. The system is equipped with conventional control actions such as normal valve opening, normal valve closing, stop, and quick valve closing.

7. The system is equipped with a local control circuit and a remote linkage control circuit.
