Product Structure Features

1.Design of wide angle seat to avoid pressing and damaging the valve seat and valve tight contact, providing longer service life.

2.Double eccentric structure design, to avoid the wear of the sealing surface, maintaining the integrity of the seal and high service life.

3.Using patented flexible metal seal ring,ensure the tightness seal.

4.The valve disc design adopting 360 degrees round edge sealing profile ensures maximum flow and the corresponding percentage control.

5.Using TFE (450 degrees Fahrenheit) and graphite (900 degrees Fahrenheit) as the adjustable flange gland packing, to prevent the sealing packing from being uneven distribution.

6.Self centering valve disc design can adjust the temperature and the heat cycle, the valve disc will not be too tight.
