Pneumatic wafer midline butterfly valve is mainly composed of midline soft sealing butterfly valve and pneumatic actuator. The flow channel of the butterfly valve is fully lined with elastic rubber, the disc is made of stainless steel, and the contact surface between the disc and the seal is finely ground to ensure smoothness. When the butterfly valve is closed or opened, the disc is close to the elastic rubber without gap, and it has reliable sealing performance. It is especially suitable for pipelines of clean water, sewage, gas, gas and other media. The valve is powered by compressed air and accepts (4~20mA) industrial signals through the actuator to push the valve stem to drive the disc plate to rotate (0-90°) to adjust the opening degree of the valve to complete the opening and closing of the valve. It is widely used in water supply and drainage of water plants, power plants, steel mills, papermaking, chemical industry, food and beverage systems, etc., as regulation and cut-off use.
