Working principle and structural characteristics

Electric rectangular louver valve is a vertical louver type valve with adjustment characteristics. It is composed of valve body, louver, valve shaft, linkage mechanism, electric device and other main components. . The opening and closing of the louver is driven by the hand wheel or the motor to drive the Z series electric device. The output of the electric device transmits the output torque to the valve shaft through the first-stage worm gear transmission device, and the rotation of the valve shaft drives the linkage mechanism to make multiple louvers rotate synchronously. It is used to change the cross-sectional area of the pipeline to adjust the flow of the medium, cut off the medium in a large area or reduce the pressure of the medium. The adjustment angle is 0-90°.
