Working principle

First of all, the electric clamping push rod is driven by the motor, and the thrust directly acts on the active clamping threaded valve stem through the crank, so that it rotates, and the three threaded valve stems are rotated synchronously through the connecting rod mechanism to drive the corresponding left and right valves. The rod nut makes the left valve body and the middle valve body move relatively with the valve plate as the center while compressing the bellows, so that the sealing ring of the door plate is completely separated from the sealing ring of the two valve bodies. Restart the thrust of the electric walking push rod to replace the blind ring and the through ring of the door panel, and the electric clamping push rod moves again to clamp the rubber sealing ring of the door panel, so as to achieve valve sealing. The door plate is composed of a blind plate and a through ring. When the tightening mechanism is released, the door plate rotates and changes its position to realize the valve switch.
