Product Description

The two ends of the branch pipe of the check valve of the high-pressure lift power station are of welded structure, and the welding groove can be made according to the standard or user requirements. A device to prevent the backflow of the medium is installed on the pipeline. One is the imported type that follows the ANSIB16.34 and JISE101 standards; the other is the national standard type of the Jb3595 standard. The temperature and pressure levels it follows are consistent, and there is a certain interchange relationship in some pipelines. The middle part adopts pressure self-tightening type without bonnet, which has good sealing performance under high temperature and high pressure conditions. The self-sealing ring has two materials: one is mild steel, and the other is flexible graphite clip 316 wire (mesh). The sealing surface is surfacing with drill-base cemented carbide. The processed pure metal layer is greater than or equal to 3mm, with wear resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, scratch resistance and long service life.


Product Features

1. The valve disc is quenched as a whole and can move up and down the valve body. When the medium flows back, the valve disc is automatically closed by the medium pressure and the spring.

2. The valve body and valve cover are die forgings.

3. The sealing surface on the valve seat is made of cobalt-based cemented carbide plasma spray welding surface. Good wear and scratch resistance.

4. The check valve should be installed on the horizontal pipeline, and the flow direction of the medium is from bottom to top (positive flow).
