High pressure flange check valve is widely used in water, oil, natural gas pipeline system and oil field system with pressure PN16-45Mpa and temperature -20-+450℃. It consists of a valve body, a valve disc, a spring and a central shaft.

Working Principle

When the medium flows into the valve body as indicated by the arrow of the valve body, the pressure of the medium acts on the valve disc to generate upward thrust. When the medium thrust is greater than the gravity of the valve disc, the valve opens. When the force of the medium pressure behind the valve acting on the valve disc plus the weight of the valve disc itself is greater than the force of the pressure before the valve acting on the valve disc, the valve is closed to prevent the medium from flowing back.

5. The valve disc and valve seat sealing surface are made of cobalt-based cemented carbide plasma spray welding, with high hardness, erosion resistance and durability.
